I wanted to show images that evoke a sense of calm and ideology. Photos taken in far away places, that are real but now seem out of reach. The photos are displayed in a way that I feel portrays a sense of disconnect but equally embracing things that I love, using the media that I love and the subject matter that I love...the colour turquoise, metallic print, and travel!

Nick Ford, Brighton born and bred, has been in the photographic industry for over 15 years. Working out of his studio in Oxford Street where he has been for eight years, he photographs a variety of subjects ranging from the humble passport photo to lavish wedding. Highlights over the years have included working aboard P&O Cruises and Cunard Ships as Photo Manager, Photographing the first Gay Wedding atop the i360 and becoming an employer with the last being the best achievement ever!
